Hi folks,
29th May 2023 will remain forever in the hearts of Nigerians.
The much anticipated swearing in ceremony has happened, Nigerians are making merry across the world.
Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been sworn in as the 16th president of Nigeria at the Eagle Square in Abuja.
Kashim Shettima was earlier sworn in as the 15th Vice President of the country.
Tinubu and Shettima took the oaths administered by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola.
Past President Muhammadu Buhari headed for Daura shortly after.
It is no doubt a mixed feeling across the country as some are still nursing the pains of losing or denial.
Cases are still court even as quite a few were quashed Friday. APC Canada/Worldwide will kick off their event shortly and I can assure you there will be many of such the world over.
States were not left out as governors have been sworn in. We can only pray for good governance.
